Your registration is final when you have made an initial deposit of 45%. You will receive immediate and automatic confirmation by e-mail. First choose whether you want a single or double room. The former has a surcharge of €250.
The request for the second deposit of 55% will follow by mail in the week of 1 October 2023. This is because in that week we will know definitively whether we have reached the minimum number of participants of 4. You can also book your flights from then on.
During October, you will also receive an invitation to the participants' meeting. This will take place in our studio and workspace in Doesburg.

PS: above amount is an initial deposit of 45%. After the first meeting night, a second of 55% will follow, supplemented by reservation fees and GTO Guarantee Fund contribution.
